I am a New York State Licensed Psychoanalyst, Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist, and Family Divorce Mediator, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges with clarity and compassion.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in professionalism, empathy, and integrity. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns with honesty and depth. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, I provide insight, structure, and practical tools to support meaningful change and lasting healing.
Before transitioning into the mental health field, I spent more than two decades working in international finance with multinational corporations. That experience gave me firsthand understanding of stress, burnout, and high-performance environments, as well as the challenges at the intersection of personal identity and professional life. My work with corporate teams and professionals highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence, resilience, and effective communication—principles that now guide my clinical practice.
Originally from Ukraine, I have called the United States home for over a decade. My cross-cultural background has enriched my appreciation for human complexity and deepened my commitment to providing culturally sensitive care. Alongside my formal education and clinical training, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective that supports clients from all walks of life.
I believe wholeheartedly in the human capacity for transformation—even in the most difficult circumstances. Healing, like any journey, begins with a single step. I am here to walk that path with you.
